ORDERING

  • All orders must be placed via our website. We do not accept orders through other channels or allow order pick-ups.
  • Customers under 18 years of age must have parental consent to place an order.
  • Orders placed in someone else’s name without their consent, or any action causing financial or other harm to HAYÂ, will be reported to the police.
  • By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to have your email registered for newsletters. You can unsubscribe at any time.

CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER CHANGES

  • Orders can be canceled as long as they have not been dispatched. To cancel, email hijabbyhaya@gmail.com with your order number and full name. We will confirm whether cancellation is possible.
  • If you wish to change or add to your order contact us and we will confirm if it is possible. 

PAYMENT AND PRICES

All prices include VAT and are subject to change. The final price, including shipping fees and taxes, is displayed at checkout.

We offer the following payment methods:
Klarna Checkout: Klarna provides flexible and secure payment options, including invoice, account, card, and bank transfer payments. Payment terms are detailed at checkout for each option.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We offer the following delivery methods:

  1. Standard Delivery:

    • Starting from 50 SEK for Sweden, starting from 89 SEK for international deliveries.
    • Delivered to your nearest PostNord service point or your mailbox for smaller items.

  2. Free Shipping:

    • Available for orders in Sweden exceeding 800 SEK.
    • For returns that lower the total purchase below 800 SEK, a shipping fee of 69 SEK will be charged retroactively.

Delivery times and methods may vary depending on the item and destination. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

Delays and Notifications:

  • If delivery delays occur, you will be informed via email. You have the right to cancel the order if delays occur.
  • A notification via SMS, email, or post will inform you of where and when to collect your package.

Unclaimed Packages:
If a package is not collected, we reserve the right to charge a fee to cover return shipping and administrative costs.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Refunds for returns will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

How to Initiate a Return:
Contact hijabbyhaya@gmail.com with your name, address, and order number. The return address is provided above.

Exceptions to Returns:

  • Products that have been used cannot be returned due to hygiene resaons.
  • Outlet or clearance items cannot be returned

FAIR USE POLICY

We reserve the right to decline orders if there are reasonable grounds to suspect abuse of our services, such as excessive returns, fraudulent behavior, or misuse of discount codes. Customers engaging in fraudulent activities will be reported to the authorities.
