SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We offer the following delivery methods:

  1. Standard Delivery:

    • 80 SEK for Sweden, 180 SEK for international deliveries.
    • Delivered to your nearest PostNord service point or your mailbox for smaller items, 1-4 days within Sweden and 3-14 days International Deliveries
  2. Free Shipping:

    • Available for orders in Sweden exceeding 800 SEK.
    • For returns that lower the total purchase below 800 SEK, a shipping fee of 69 SEK will be charged retroactively.

Delivery times and methods may vary depending on the item and destination. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

Delays and Notifications:

  • If delivery delays occur, you will be informed via email. You have the right to cancel the order if delays occur.
  • A notification via SMS, email, or post will inform you of where and when to collect your package.

Unclaimed Packages:
In the event that you refuse or miss your package delivery, and your package gets sent back to our warehouse (which may take several weeks), we can only provide a refund for the value of the items ordered, after deducting a return shipping and restocking fee. This fee varies depending on your shipping address. Please note, the original shipping fee for your order will not be refunded. 

Duties:

We ship our products from Sweden. For customers within the EU, no additional duties or taxes will be charged upon delivery, as we comply with EU regulations.

International orders may be charged duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are imposed by your local customs office and are outside of our control. All duties and taxes must be paid by the customer in order to clear the package. Refusing to pay the charges will result in your package being discarded by the courier. We will not refund or replace any orders in these circumstances. 

What if my tracking says “delivered” but I did not receive it? 

If the tracking states that the package was delivered and you did not receive your package or believe that the package is lost, we are happy to look into it and take the appropriate measures to get you your package. You must contact us within 72 hours of the delivery notice so that we can expedite the situation and resolve it as soon as possible.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. If your package is delivered by the courier with proof of delivery and you did not receive your package, then a complaint must be filed with the courier. We can assist you with this process. Can I cancel or change my order? 

Once orders are placed, they are processed withtin 1-3 days. For this reason, it is not possible to cancel an order after it has been processed. If you’ve made a mistake on your order, kindly contact hijabbyhaya@gmail.com right away so that we can check to see if the correction or cancellation is possible. We will always try our best to correct any mistakes, however, we can’t guarantee that it is always possible to do so.  


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Refunds for returns will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

How to Initiate a Return:
Contact hijabbyhaya@gmail.com with your name, address, and order number. The return address is provided above.

Exceptions to Returns:

  • Products that have been used cannot be returned due to hygiene resaons.
  • Outlet or clearance items cannot be returned
